eWells OÜ is a Tech—startup targeting machine learning applications within the oil and gas industry. We are on a mission to support lean and efficient operations.
Launching the startup in 2022, our first product was working on the drilling operation and minimizing the on-bottom drilling time for the planned routine wells. With a successful Proof-of-Concept (POC) conducted on one of the Egyptian Western Desert wells, we managed to achieve a decrease of 14.4% in the 8 1/2" hole section compared with its counterparts in the field.

Mission
Our Think-Tanks fire up in late 2018 to optimize operations in the Oil and Gas industry. By pushing the efficiency boundaries to a new frontier, we are not only making the business more lucrative, but even more, we are decreasing its environmental footprint for a sustainable future.

She is determined to work on a startup with an ambition to achieve an international extent to the business. Noha is a mother of three kids, committed to raising healthy, educated, cultured, and effectively contributing kids to their society.

With 17 years of technical and leadership experience in FEED and Operations in Wells Engineering for Upstream Oil & Gas, Mohammad was a Senior Wells Engineer for Shell. Working in more than eight global locations and with various IOCs.
Mohammad engages and inspires others to maximize performance and promote a safe culture with his learner mindset. In addition to his exposure to the Surface and Deepwater drilling operations, Mohammad delivers advanced skills in Borehole Surveying, Complex Well Design, Relief Well Planning, Engineering Economics, Machine Learning, Quantum Optimization Algorithms, and Drilling Efficiency Optimization.

As an enthusiast for Data Science, Omar is a Petroleum Engineer by background and an experienced Python programmer. With Strong experience in data analytics, machine learning, and data visualization, Omar developed advanced SQL, Python, and Tableau skills. Additionally, Omar has an exemplary implementation of these concepts in the oil and gas industry.
Omar is an ambitious, talented Reservoir Engineer with a data scientist mindset and skills.
